“Common Sense Radio presented by the Ethan Allen Institute” is airing on WDEV (AM 550, FM 96.1 and 96.5) from 11:00 am to noon Monday thru Friday.
Well-known radio host Rob Roper of Stowe will host the nonpartisan program. It will focus on issues related to improving the economic well being of Vermonters through reliance on free markets, limited government, and fiscal responsibility. It will feature studio guests, phone interviews, and listener feedback.
Dr. James F. Gatti, chairman of the Ethan Allen Institute board of directors said, “The Ethan Allen Institute is proud to present this new radio program. We hope that it will play an important role in creating a climate where the creative talents of Vermonters can be allowed to flourish and improve the well being of us all.”
Rob Roper said, “I’m delighted by and grateful for the opportunity. The Vermont political landscape needs a free market, limited government voice in the debate. For seventeen years no organization in this state has been more dedicated to getting out this message than EAI. I am privileged to be able to do my part under its banner.”
